My name is Aleksandar Tasić, and since 2019 I have been working as an independent employment mediator. My goal is to connect qualified workers with employers who need their skills and expertise. I guide candidates throughout the entire process – from preparing documents and interviews, all the way to employment and probation. At the same time, I assist companies in creating job profiles, pre-selection, and providing advice for optimal staffing of vacant positions.

An employment mediation agency is an organization that helps companies in searching for and selecting suitable candidates, while at the same time supporting individuals who are looking for a job. It acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates, taking over the recruitment process - from posting job ads and reviewing applications, to proposing the most suitable candidates for open positions.

Since 2019, I have built a strong network in several sectors - healthcare, transportation, hospitality, and crafts - which enables me to quickly and efficiently find suitable solutions for both employers and candidates.

Cost regulation:
• For candidates, there are no costs if mediation is carried out through the potential employer
• If the candidate directly requests my services and support, the conditions and fee are determined by prior agreement.
